Cancellations
The time we have reserved for you is valuable. We do our best to keep on schedule. We ask that you notify us within 48 hours if you cannot keep your appointment so that this valuable time can be used by someone else. We reserve the right to charge for scheduled appointments that are not kept or cancelled unless a 48-hour advance notice is given.
Recall Appointments
Regular preventive dental care is the basis of your dental health. The responsibility for this treatment is primarily the patient's. We will, however, provide reminders when it is time for your regular examination and treatment.
